Josef Zehnder established Zehnder Dezentje Pty Ltd with his wife Naomi (Dezentje) as a family company a few years back as they started growing wine grapes and olives for their eCho Creek range. In 2006 Josef was asked to produce a cake and biscuit range to supply a local establishment. After trials and 9 months in market sales they took the big step in 2007 to establish a brand new 350sqm Factory in their home town of Maleny. The facility is solely dedicated to the production of Gluten free food.

Josef Zehnder is well known in the Australian and international Food industry having owned, founded and run well known food manufacturing companies. In his last 15 years he has received 5 Australian Telstra business Awards a Premier of Queensland export award and numerous domestic and international best food awards.

Our aim is to provide the best Gluten Free product available and become the name synonymous with the best Gluten Free product around the globe, something many consumers believe we have already achieved.

It is our believe that Gluten Free should be equal to any other product, we believe we make Gluten Free the way it should be, suitable and loved by all consumers not just Coeliac consumers.
