At Zehnder we create only gluten free products ensuring cross contamination cannot occur. For safety HACCP is at the core of our best practice manufacturing processes. We are always happy to assist where we can even for those special events.

News
July 2007 saw the first area limited market release of our breads. Our breads have since then been available fresh at Caloundra Farmers Market, Eumundi Markets and Noosa Farmers Markets. And in frozen form from our distributors and retailers such as IGA and Mrs Flannery's.
A special thank you goes to Josef Devine and Samantha Davey-Mitchell without whom we would not be able to service these fresh food markets.
For those in NSW & VIC the wait is nearly over and we will soon announce distributors in the respective states.

We all have special days - Birthdays, Weddings, Anniversary or simply that special occasion. Requiring a Gluten Free diet, the time has come to celebrate in style again
